Carne Asada Rub and Marinade

The best carne asada rub and marinade flavor I could ever imagine! This stuff is great on beef, pork, chicken, and even fish!

Marinade
- 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Cilantro
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 4 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Diced Jalapeno (Seeds Removed)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Pinch Salt and Pepper
Dry Rub
- 2 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Pinch Chipotle Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
Dry Rub Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients for the rub in a bowl. Apply the rub liberally to the meat. Grill or pan fry the meat until it reaches your preferred doneness. I prefer medium rare. Slice it up, put it in a tortilla with your favorite taco ingredients, and enjoy!
