Cowgirl Candy

A sweet, and mild version of a vinegar based tangy treat. Great on sandwiches, burgers, and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 Mini Sweet Peppers
  • 1 1/2 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Celery Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sweet peppers into small rings.  Remove the seeds.  Mix water, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and celery salt in a sauce pan.  Bring to a boil.  Add the sweet peppers.  Lower the heat, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.  Remove from heat, and let cool.  These go great on burgers, sandwiches, salads, and much more! Enjoy!
