Honey Butter

A great topping for breads, scones, and biscuits. Great in rib, and pork butt wraps.

- 2 Cubes Butter
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Pinch Nutmeg
Soften the 2 cubes of butter and place in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl. I have found that using a stand mixer works best for this part. Mix the ingredients until they are well incorporated. After they are mixed well, use the whisk attachment to the mixer to slightly whip the mixture. Place in a covered container and cool in the fridge. Use this to top toast, scones, or many other desserts, and dishes. Enjoy!
