Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce I like to use Cholula or Tapatillo
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Molasses

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well in a sauce pan.  Let simmer on low heat, stirring frequently for 10-15 minutes until it begins to thicken.  Remove from heat, and let cool.  Enjoy!  If you are one of those families that is always having a hard time figuring out what to do with leftover meat, this is a recipe to try out.  Enchiladas are one of my favorite recipes to make with leftover meat.  My personal favorite meat to use for this is smoked turkey.  If you have leftover ground beef, pulled pork, Sunday dinner roast, or even chicken, this recipe is for you.
