Cuisine American
- 1 Bag Frozen Tater Tots Yep, you heard me. Frozen is great.
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 Lb Pulled Pork
- Shredded Lettuce
- 1 Diced Tomato
- 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
Pull out your air fryer. Yeah, you heard me. Air fried tater tots are the best. Put the tots in the air fryer and cook them at 375ish degrees until they are crispy on the outside. If you don't have an air fryer, you can use the oven.
Place the cooked tater tots in a small oven safe skillet. Cast iron works best.
Put the shredded cheese on top of the tater tots, and broil in the oven until the cheese is melted. This usually only takes about 5 minutes
While the cheese is melting, warm up the leftover pulled pork. Add it to the top the tater tots and cheese.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and your favorite bbq sauce. Enjoy!
