Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing
A creamy, delicious, cilantro and citrus dressing. Great for dipping or salads
Ingredients
- 1/4 Yellow Onion
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 3 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Medium Avocados
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Mexican Oregano Regular Oregano Is Fine
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Ranch Dip Powder
Instructions
- Remove the skin, and pits from the avocados. Add all of the ingredients to the blender. Blend until completely smooth. Best served chilled. Lasts 1-2 weeks in the fridge. Serve on salad, or as a dipping sauce for quesadillas, or chicken.

This might be the best dipping sauce or dressing for quesadillas. I created this to pair with my GRILLED SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN QUESADILLAS, but it can do so much more. It has a delicious cumin, and chili powder essence to it that makes it pair up incredibly well with anything Mexican, or Southwestern.
