  • 1 Tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika Regular Paprika works
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper


  • Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.  This rub goes great on chicken and pork.  Enjoy!

I’m not the biggest fan of Indian food, but this recipe is pretty good!  It is just the right amount of spicy for those that have a harder time with spice.  This rub can go great on chicken or pork.  We like to have it on grilled chicken breast.  If you are in the mood for a nice skewer, this rub should be perfect as well! I won’t say much here, because there isn’t much too it.  It is a simple recipe, with simple spices for a delicious Indian flavor.  Enjoy this Indian Spice Dry Rub!
