Smoked Pizza Casserole
A great twist on another way to feed your soul with beautiful pizza ingredients
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Dry Macaroni Noodles
Sauce Ingredients
- 24 Oz Tomato Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Diced
- 6 Sliced Mushrooms
- 10 Thin Slices of Salami
- 1 Lb Browned Ground Beef
- 1/2 Lb Browned Ground Sausage
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Topping Ingredients
- 1-2 Cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Package Pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or smoker to 350 Degrees F
- Prepare the noodles according to package instructions
- While the noodles are cooking, mix all of the ingredients for the sauce together. When the noodles are done cooking, drain the water out, and add the noodles to the sauce mixture. Stir until evenly incorporated.
- Add the sauce and noodle mixture to a 9×13 pan. Top the mixture with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Bake in the oven or smoker until the cheese is melted. This usually takes about 30-45 minutes.
- When the cheese is melted, place the casserole in the oven on broil to slightly brown up the cheese. Watch it closely so it doesn't burn. Let cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
